Dr. Hariharan completed his bachelor’s degree in pharmacy at Banaras Hindu University in India and his doctorate in pharmacy at Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts.

Andy Gesek has over 25 years of cross-functional leadership
experience with leadership roles in Finance, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Analytics and Business Development. Most recently Andy has served as President and co-owner of Timm Medical and Pos-T-Vac Medical. Andy led the management buy-out of Timm Medical from Endo Pharmaceuticals while serving in the Position of Vice President Commercial Operations & General Manager of the Established Brands Portfolio. While serving as President of Timm Medical, Andy oversaw the strategic acquisition of Pos-T-Vac Medical and delivered a 6x return to investors in three years after the divestiture of the two companies. Andy holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from Drexel University and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He lives in North Wales, PA with his wife Jen and their four children.
