Paul is a Senior Executive with a 30-year track record of successful leadership. He has extensive international experience, serving in key strategic positions internationally (Europe, Asia, Africa, Middle East, and US) and leading in many countries (France, Italy, USA, UK, Switzerland).  Until July 2020, Mr. Navarre was the Chief Executive Officer of Ferring Holding Inc., a subsidiary of Ferring Pharmaceuticals (The Ferring Group).  Ferring Holding Inc. has more than 800 employees and a turnover of over $800M. The Ferring Group is a privately owned, global biopharmaceutical company specializing in the research, development & commercialization of compounds in general and pediatric endocrinology, gastroenterology, infertility,  obstetrics/gynecology, orthopaedics, and urology/uro-oncology.  Before joining Ferring, Paul worked in Allergan for 10 years, his last assignment was President of International Operations (3B$). Allergan had a global business in Ophthalmology, Medical Aesthetics, and Neurosciences. He also worked 15 years for Procter and Gamble in multiple Leadership positions initially in their consumer goods division (Haircare, Laundry, and Paper categories) and then in the Pharmaceutical division.  Mr. Navarre has a solid track record of delivering top growth in the specialty pharmaceutical business through commercial innovation and customer-centric approaches.
