Srini Srinivasan has 30+ years of experience at Pfizer, Novartis, GSK, and Astrain senior global leadership roles in commercial, R&D, manufacturing, and general management across innovative pharma, vaccines, and generics. Currently, Srini is the Founder & Director of Supra Oncology Private Limited that provides services to cancer patients, and is an Independent Director on the Board of Take Solutions Limited. Prior to this, Srini has managed Board level governance as Chairman of the Board of Directors. Srini has led country General Managers, developed talent in different cultures, and managed profitable growth in multiple countries. As Managing Director, he helped an organization of over 5,000 associates. Srini has maximized the value of products globally through all stages of development and commercialization in multiple therapy areas. He led global commercial operations including strategic planning, data management, analytics, intelligence, insights, forecasting, and market research across disease areas, regions, and countries. Srini led worldwide management of Loss of Exclusivity (LoE). He has managed global integration planning and implemented the integration of acquired businesses in countries. Srini has chaired external committees of the Pharma industry and Sustainability. He was an invited speaker at international forums including The Economist Conference, Global Investors Summit, WIPO, Green Chemistry, etc. Srini has lived and worked in Europe, USA, Asia Pacific, and India. He holds a degree in Pharmacy from Madras Medical College, an MBA from London Business School, and received executive training at Harvard Business School.​
